Form Testing Checklist

Run this each time you test a form. Tap a step when it's done.

Step 1 Field Technician Fill out a form in AppSheet Fill it out like a real job. Check that every field makes sense and nothing's missing. App on mobile App on laptop

Step 2 Field Technician Submit it to the office/lab. Tap the icon in AppSheet to submit it. Once you submit, the form locks and can't be edited. Confirm with office/lab that it landed in the Form Log.

Step 3 Office/Lab Find your form in the Form Log If it's not there, it didn't submit. Check that the details match what you entered. Open Form Log

Step 4 Office/Lab Open the form in Google Sheets Click the file link inside the log. Add the lab results, or fix any field from the app submission. This is the final copy that goes to the client. Print it or save as PDF.

Step 5 All Users Log your feedback Tell us what needs fixing. Mark it must-fix if it has to change before the field can use it. Everything else, mark nice to have.
